Approach

My aim in supervision is to help my supervisees to become the best systemic psychotherapist that they can be. My goal is to help supervisees to increase their knowledge and understanding of systemic theories that informs their practice. Additionally, the supervision will explore “the self of therapist”- how the supervisees personal beliefs, experiences, identities impacts their work with clients and families. The supervision that I provide with assist supervisees to gain a multiplicity of points of view by encouraging he/she to take different positions. Lastly, the supervision that I provide is an open dialogue, where the position and point of view of the supervisee and supervisor have equal relevance.
